   Hello Gorgeous! That looks so good I’m super hungry and I have frozen homemade pasta in the freezer…might have to do something like this. What pasta recipe do you follow when you make your own?

   Oh, yum. Was it hard? I have a pasta machine that was my mom’s and always wanted to try it but just haven’t overcome that hurdle yet of thinking it will be really difficult. I wonder if I could mix the dough up in the mixer?

   Homemade pasta is the only way to go. I’ve been making it for years. People don’t really understand how simple it is to make and how much tastier it is than the dry stuff from the store. I’m always extolling it’s virtues trying to get others to do it. It’s amazing how when you have good pasta you don’t really even need a sauce, a little butter or olive oil and some salt & pepper and you have a simple elegant quick meal.

   Topping with squash – HEAVEN! Did you add some sage as well?
