Heh, thanks Lisa. That’s why I ended with “so much”. I’ll never stop swearing. I enjoy the feel of the words too much, but yes…the intention is the thing. Maybe I work on swearing joyfully!

Kathy, an old teacher told me it’s something we must practice with the “good” stuff… the happy things. To just not get excited. And to practice in the calm times. I’ve been actively working on this one for 15 years and feel I’ve barely made a dent in it. You should hear me around here this week. Positively shriekish.
