Spring has done its springy sproinging thing

Very productive evening and I even managed to get in some photos just as the sun was going down.

   Oh, you are ahead of us here in Boston. Just shoots here, save for the snowdrops and one or two crocuses, and frost everywhere this morning. Brrrr.

   I brought a bouquet of daffodils from my yard in to work! They are sitting cheerfully on my desk. Yay for spring, finally!

   Like Boston, daffs are still just shoots except in very protected areas here. But it won’t be long…we’ve had several days of sun with more in the forecast, so that should help coax them awake. Beautiful photo.

   Daffodils are one of the cheeriest sights in the spring. I love them.
