		<description>Just so you know... your gazpacho caused my car to take a minor detour this afternoon.  I was heading back to the office and noticed that a favorite small farm nearby had its veggie tent up.  (They do the box of change honor system, but use a small canopy tent to shelter that and the table of produce.)  I stopped to see what they had available, and found everything I didn't have at home but needed to make a small batch of gazpacho PLUS a good pan of roasted veggies for ratatouille.  I can't wait to get home and get it started!</description>

But I kind of know what you mean about a little being enough.  I often used to feel that way about my cooking, like, I know what this is going to taste like, and even though it was what I wanted to eat, I'm tired of it.  I say "used to" because now that I live in the Hinterlands, I know my cooking is the best thing going, bar none!  Or at least I know of no alternative, and have now kidded myself that what I eat is manna from heaven.  :) the things we do to get ourselves through, you know??</description>

		<description>I love gazpacho, but I know what you mean about only being able to handle so much of it, I think.  There's something about the freshness of it, and the... well, the brightness of the flavors... that just fills you up and satisfies you to the point of having had your fill of it for another year.

I have always wondered if I would feel differently about gazpacho if more of my eating was fresh and homegrown.  That you feel similarly, even with the wonderful way you have been eating this summer, makes me think no.

That said... I haven't had any yet this summer.  So I still crave the taste and the sensation that my stomach is going to burst with gazpacho-ey goodness. I think this will be a cooking (or not-cooking, as it were) weekend.</description>
